Application before the European Court of Human Rights (1)

Since the ruling of the Dutch Supreme Court 17th september 2010, at first I didn't wanted to go further. For me personnaly it felt I was communicating with a pre-programmed machine, except the district court in Arnhem at the beginning of the procedure, where at least the will to try to understand was in spirit available.
After that the Dutch juridical system decided to close the door.
Will the European Court of Human Rights will be any better?
The higher you come the more is at stake, so technically or psychological it will be even more difficult. I tried to write this winter, which was not a succes and in january I started to think of what I would write if I would go to the European Court.
Finaly I decided to go through, otherwise I would have regrets that I didn't even try, and maybe even more important a good friend told me, Peter maybe there is a court simply waiting for a case like yours?
So here we go!

Je hoeft alleen de pagina's 5 - 12 uit te printen, de rest is minder interessant.
